"Father of Indian Economic Reforms : Former PM Shri P.V.Narasimha Rao "

According to me one of the best Prime Minister of india was P.V.Narasimha Rao whose tenure is from 1991-1996.
 If we have to talk about a person we have to get into history but there is no necessary of it in the case of PV as his views and fruits of reforms are visible everywhere in today's modern india.

He saved india from pathetic economic crises and made our future bright.He was also a freedom fighter belongs to a middle class family of hyderabad nijam princly state which falls under today's TELANGANA. He fought against the nijam's dictatorship. He was also expelled from Osmania college because of praying VANDE MATARAM (just in his Xth standard only). Later on he completed his Law in Nagpur. He wanted to do his best to the nation and then entered into politics.

There was nobody willing to take the Prime Ministry as the country was in crises and the foreign exchange which was present only useful for 2 weeks. Indian gold resources were taken to the German and Britain banks

He himself served many ministries like HRD, Foreign affairs, LAW and many more. He keenly observed indian social economic and diplomatic policies and have seen the pros and cons and contributed his best later on in foreign affairs & nuclear policies especially economic reforms. A lot of value give him by Indira Gandi when she was Prime Minister. Without his inspection no policy of Govt. used to come out.

He was the first person to run coalition govt Successfully from non-Nehru family & only SOUTH indian to serve full tenure of 5 years. Made a full stop to successive politics.

WE SHOULD REMEMBER THAT EVERY INDIAN ESPECIALLY PRIVATE SECTOR IS INDEBTED TO HIM

HE IS ARCHITECT OF ECONOMIC FREEDOM OF INDIA

The problems of INDIA when he became prime minister

At that time india's condition was worst for ever that was very critical time.
The major are the following:
Bad economic state & lack of leadership:
Interesting thing is that he didn't contested for 1991's lok sabha elections.
After Rajiv's death nobody are daring to take prime ministry ship as india's economy was worst to the financial twin deficits india relied on external funds.
GDP' growth rate collapsed to 0.8 %.

COMMERCIAL BANKS STOPPED LENDING TO INDIA

Because by mid 1980's aid weariness forced on govt. to rely more on commercial borrowing.
Thus external debt with a large proportion of short term debts started dominating the balance sheet peaking at 38% of GDP in 1991-92 with debt export ratio 562 % that is relying more on debts than exports.
Rising debt service obligations.
Simply we can say that balance payment ie., borrowing is becoming high.
We have to take money from IMF on conditional lending.
That's why he was invited to serve.
After 6 months of his oath as PM he again contested and won elections.

2.Dirty politics
Coalition government's successive failures to run Govt. main political parties corruption was exposed.
People have lost faith in govt. as Bofors scam of rajiv gandi,Saint kits scam of VP Singh of Janata party were revealed

3.Security threat
Problems of Kashmir line of conflict
Punjab separatist movement
Babri mosque conflict as slowly religious powers are coming together in separate groups or just like parties. 

4.World Crises
There was war going on in Iraq and the crude oil prices were increasing a lot.

5. Previous Govt. failures in pure socialistic policies
Up to that time they concentrated only on just subsidies policies for vote bank.
The system of Licence Raj was a grand failure of the socialist policy.
Not any fruitful increment in GDP, industrial growth,per capita income.
Unable to achieve self sustain.Especially previous PM chandra sheker and VP Singh kept the indian gold in foreign banks as surety to bring money that much worst economic condition india was having.

PV changed the economic face of india.

He made the life of indian people from black &white to colourful.
Prepared a road map for india's future economy.Rao served for more than 20 years different major ministries he was having exact idea what to make india the best.He is the person only patronised Jawahar navodaya as a HRD minister
Made full stop to full socialism and brought Liberalisation.
Introduced Liberalised economic policies abolished License Raj system, broke the rules of making a non-political person as an economic minister (manmohan singh) and gave his own roadmap and blueprint to manmohan to implement as it is manmohan did.

Many economists always criticize that the credit was given to manmohan instead of Manmohan. He was just a follower of the instructions of PV Narasimha Rao who stood as apolitical armour.

Establishment of SEBI(Security Exchange of India) act 1992 to authorise industrial activities.
Brought the gold and money from foreign banks which was kept as surety by previous govts., and made 1400 crs foreign exchange within six months.

Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) was enacted in place of Foreign Exchange Regulatory Act(FERA).
Taxes in industrialists got lowered and monopolised laws are revised.
Technically he kept Industrial ministry under him only so that there won't be any problem in Industrial sector.
Invited FDIs to indian equity markets.
Here in the image we can observe the trend of GDP after 1991 we can see the growth rate is more increased around from 2% to 6.3% in next year and gradually to 8% in the last financial year 1996-97 which is an excellent achievement.

He implemented look east policy which upto that time there are no healthy relationships with asian countries like Japan,Korea etc.,
Made relationships more better with ISRAIL (there is no ambassador from india in israil upto 1991, but now we are enjoying their partnership & technology in Armaments,weapons as our second biggest partner in military deals after russia)
IRAN (Which is today's one of best crude source )

CHINA (which after onwards very useful for us having their higher manpro products in india's market)

Sensitive and also Dynamical dealt of indian internal security:

He was not frightened to the punjab's separatist movement and announced elections for punjab and maintained the democracy and succeeded in suppressing the movement in non-violent manner.
Dealt daringly and strategically the Kashmeer issue and neutralised it and on the world platform he was not hesitated in exposing the real behaviour of pakistan.

CHANAKYA of our time:

Mind Blowing Politics Played to run coalition Govt. with moral values.
Became a strong political armor to achieve the economic reforms which are actually opposed by the conventional leaders as it is against to Nehruvian legacy policies with subsidy which are of actually no use.
But interesting thing is that after PV's reign every PM is following this economic policies only.
Successfully ran the coalition govt for 5 years and he is the first guy to serve full tenure from non-Nehru family. He was the first & only SOUTH indian(from TELANGANA) to serve full 5 yrs., & made a full stop to successive politics.
Great foresight:

Although the country is in crises PV has not hesitated to do extensive security nuclear programmes "ACTUALLY THE POKRAN - 2 WAS STARTED BY HIM"in 1992 and it was almost ended up in 1996 but due to some reasons like elections they didn't test it this was stated by APJ KALAM who was the project leader and also by AB Vajpayee in parliament.

Personal Strengths:

PV is a polyglot can speak 17 languages fluently like telugu,hindi engllish, bangali, marathi,gujarati,Urdu ,oria,tamil,french,arabic,german, latin, greek, parsian etc.,
He was great write he won Kendra sahitya academy award for novel SAHASRA PHAN.
He wrote INSIDER autobiography which is sensational in indian politics revealing secrets.
He is very proficient in Literature he translated "Fan laksht kodkato" from Marathi to Telugu (Abala Jeevitham) which is an award winning story about a woman.
AFTERWARDS HOW BAD HE WAS TREATED:

PV is he most underrated PM of India.
Sad thing is that there are rows of photos in parliament except PV's.
For every person who served as a PM of india after their death there should be a tomb (ghat) built in delhi it is there for every PM including I.K. Gujral who served for 8 months but not for PV.
Dramatic thing is that for sanjay gandhi who wasn't served as PM and took the country into hands for a while at the time of emergency and was having his tomb next to Nehru What a pathetic thing.
Around 46 years he served to congress party but sonia gandhi made the AICC office to be locked at the time of death and not allowed his dead body into office at delhi.

FALSE ALLEGATIONS MADE ON THIS HONESTY POLITICIAN :

Many people tried not to give credit to PV as they are obedient to Nehru's family and they tried to put him under the false cases like harshat mehata, lakku bhai pathak, babri mosque which are purely unrelated to him.
LIBERHAN commission which is appointed to study the case of babri mosque gave a clean chit.
The remaining 3 cases were stricken off in 2003 by Supreme court saying that filing a case against to him in above matters are pointless.
But at the end of life he faced many difficulties due to his own party only he sold his house for lawyer fees although being a PM he faced difficulties at his late stage of life.

THE MAIN REASON IS JEALOUS, NEHRU-GANDHI FAMILY MIGHT LOOSE THE CREDIT TO PV.

A VERY BAD THING THAT EVERY INDIAN SHOULD FEEL SHAME IS THAT "THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE STATUE IS BUILT FOR HIM. THE DIRTY INDIAN POLITICS SUCCEEDED IN LETTING EVERYONE TO FORGET THIS GREAT LEADER BY MAKING FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND BY GETTING PERMISSION FROM THE SUPREME COURT IN NOT ESTABLISHING HIS STATUTE AND NOT LETTING ANY ONE TO DO THAT".
